LoLo Cooks│ Savory Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

This is so quick and easy. I am sorry if you are looking for a recipe… You don’t even need one! This is all you need:

Ground Beef

• 1 pound made 10 nice sized meatballs

Your Favorite Seasonings

• I prefered Savory for this

Breadcrumbs

• This is optional, but I like to have a softer meatball

Cheese

• I used Mozzarella but use what you like.

These are the savory seasonings I used. There is no measuring for me! Add as you see fit. Season it as you would a Meatloaf, or salisbury & gravy or spaghetti sauce.

I love fresh mozzarella! These are in cherry sized balls that make it easy to use for the meatballs. Just enough mozzarella for each one. If mozzarella is not your favorite, try any type of cheese! I think I will try Pepper jack next time…

Add a little seasoning│sauce│gravy on top and bake for 25-30 minutes on 375 Degrees
